Voluntary Contributions

Prime Video Enhancer offers an optional support feature accessible via the extension popup or directly at pvenhancer.com/support. Contributions are entirely voluntary; they are never required to install, use, or continue using any feature of the extension or this website.

The product purchased is "Support PVE Development" — a one-off contribution that recognises the ongoing solo development of the extension. The extension's functionality, features, and updates remain identical for every user regardless of whether they choose to contribute. Contributions do not unlock any additional features, premium tiers, license keys, badges, or grant access to anything other users don't already have. The transaction is treated as a sale of a digital product for tax and accounting purposes by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record; it is not a donation, gift, or charitable contribution.

Contributions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, an independent third-party payment processor that operates as the Merchant of Record. The transaction itself is governed by Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and refund policy, not by these Terms.

If you wish to request a refund, please email hello@pvenhancer.com and we will issue the refund through the Lemon Squeezy dashboard. We aim to honor reasonable refund requests promptly and without dispute — contributions are voluntary, and we would rather refund a hesitant supporter than have anyone feel locked in.

You may alternatively contact Lemon Squeezy directly using the receipt email sent at the time of your contribution. Either path results in a refund processed through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, per their standard processing timing. While we do not see or store your payment details, we can initiate a refund from our seller dashboard on your behalf.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the extension at any time without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the extension constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser. These terms will remain in effect until terminated by either party.
